3d model of 2018 World Cup European Qualifier Official Match Ball
The official adidas match ball to be used in all European Qualifiers for the 2018 FIFA World Cup has been launched.
The ball will be seen in action for the first time on Sunday 4 September, when with the likes of Germany and England playing.
The unique design features images taken from inside real stadiums by fans, capturing the game from a supporter's perspective. It includes a new heart-shaped logo, along with bursts of red and black colouring, which alludes to the adrenaline felt by supporters in the build-up to a match.
The ball structure incorporates the same innovative panel shape as the official match balls deployed at UEFA EURO 2016.
