Nice heart growth footage. You can add your stuff inside it. AE CC 2015 and CC 2012 projects included. There lights and camera in AE project. One light for background 3d layer position and second for your footage precomp. You can import your footage as 3d layer positioned to the lights and render. Also several channels(Beauty, ObjectID, ZDepth) included.
